What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns that are unused and in their original condition. Send us an email at email@example.com for help.

How many sets come in one lash book?
Each book contains 5 sets of lashes. One pair for each week on the month and an extra for the odd days and mess ups!
How long does one lash set last?
Our lashes are intended to be used for a week at a time. With proper lash application each set will last you 7 days.
Are the lashes reusable?
We do not recommend reusing the lashes. Our glue is heavy duty and will not come off of the lashes which makes them unable to be used multiple times. We also care about the health of your natural lashes and eyes. We recommend only using the lashes for a week at a time and changing to a new pair to promote eye health.
I ordered but forgot glue. What do I do?
Great news! Glue ships free so you can hop back on the site and order when you are ready.
How long does one bottle of glue last?
Our adhesive can last up to 3 months depending on frequency of use. We do not recommend leaving the cap off for an extended period of time.
What are the ingredients of the glue?
Our glue is liquid gold! Feel free to privately email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the ingredients and we’d be happy to share them with you.

Do I need a subscription to buy?
No! You can purchase lashes as a one time purchase. However, our subscribers are guaranteed lashes even if we are out of stock.
What is the advantage of having a subscription?
A subscription makes you part of the CLIQUE! 🖤 It guarantees your lashes even when we are out of stock. We always reserve lashes for our subscribers. You also save money buy subscribing.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes! You can change the style you are subscribed to and the frequency of when it ships. You can choose every 30, 45, or 60 days. Just log into your account to update this.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime without penalty by emailing email@example.com.
