Yes! All WinkClique lashes are hypoallergenic and designed for comfort for all users.
Each book contains 5 sets of lashes. One pair for each week on the month and an extra for the odd days and mess ups!
Our lashes are intended to be used for a week at a time. With proper lash application, each set will last you 7-10 days.
Our adhesive can last up to 3 months depending on frequency of use. Most customers reorder adhesive after 60 days when using WinkClique lashes regularly. We do not recommend leaving the cap off for an extended period of time.
We ship next day on all our orders as long as there no limitations from our shipping companies we use. Your location typically dictates shipping speeds and arrival times.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return by contacting us at hello@winkclique.com.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund for the full amount minus a $7 fee for shipping and processing.
Please ensure that returned items are in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

For international returns, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping for any international orders.
Yes, we do. However, international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and fees based on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping carrier or local customs office will typically notify you if payment is required before delivery. For accurate information, we recommend checking with your country’s customs department.
A subscription makes you part of the CLIQUE and saves you money! 🖤 It also guarantees your lashes even when we are out of stock. We always reserve inventory for our subscribers so even when we are out of stock on a certain product...you are never out of stock as a subscriber.
Yes! You can change the style you are subscribed to and the frequency of when it ships. You can choose every 30, 45, or 60 days. Just log into your account to update this. https://winkclique.com/account/login
